By enrolling in the monthly payment plan, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and failed payments:
1. Commitment to Payment Plan
By selecting the payment plan, you commit to paying the full retreat balance in equal monthly installments as outlined at the time of purchase.
The full balance must be paid prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot without a refund of prior payments.
2. Failed Payments
If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds, expired card, or declined transaction), you will be notified immediately via email.
You will have 3 business days to resolve the issue and manually complete the payment.
If payment is not resolved within the specified time, a $35 late fee will be applied, and your spot may be subject to cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellation of Payment Plan by Participant
If you choose to cancel your payment plan, any payments already made are non-refundable and will not be returned.
Cancellation does not release you from the obligation to pay the remaining balance unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organizer.
Failure to complete payments without written notice will result in your account being sent to collections for the outstanding balance.
4. Cancellation by Organizer
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel your payment plan and retreat participation if payments are consistently late or fail to process.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued for payments already made.
5. Reactivation of Payment Plan
If a payment plan is canceled due to non-payment, you may request to reactivate it within 7 business days, subject to Organizer approval.
A reactivation fee of $50 may apply, and all overdue payments must be made in full.
6. Payment Method Updates
It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that their payment method is up to date. Please notify the Organizer immediately if your card expires or changes.
7. No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the payment plan is canceled or incomplete.
8. Acknowledgment
By initiating a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in loss of retreat access and additional fees.
